SMT Assembly Lines
Manncorp makes it easy to find the right SMT production line—automatic, semi-automatic, or manual—for your in-house PCB assembly. If you’re just starting out or scaling up, we’ll guide you every step of the way. From prototyping to high-volume production, our equipment is tailored to fit your requirements, space, and budget. Let our experts simplify the process and help you get exactly what you need.
PCB Assembly Lines Built to Your Specifications
Limited space? No problem. Whether your facility can fit a 40-foot line or you need a more compact layout, we can adapt the equipment to work for you. From adding turning conveyors for “L” or “U” shaped lines to incorporating batch machines, we’ll design a solution that meets your space and production needs. Below are some layout examples of production lines suitable for various space requirements. Contact us for the best equipment configuration built to your specifications.
High Volume Production Line
$607,995 plus required feeders
This SMT line is complete with two MC889 Pick & Place machines for a combined speed of 44,000 parts per hour for high volume production, plus an AOI inspection machine. After accounting for the space needed around the machines, this line fits in an area at least 58.75’ x 11.2’.
Inline Production Line
$300,965 plus required feeders
This SMT line contains all of the staples of mid- to high-volume production rated at 10,000 parts per hour. After accounting for the space needed around the machines, this line fits in an area at least 45.75’ x 11.2’.
Inline Production Line (Modified)
Starting at $338,245
This SMT line includes almost all of the equipment of
the Inline Production Line above, except for an
additional inline conveyor and adding two turning
conveyors to adjust for different space requirements.
By transforming this line into a U-shaped line, the
necessary length is nearly cut in half.
After accounting for the space needed around the
machines, this line fits in an area at least 28’ x 20.5’.
Batch Machine Option for Limited Space
$164,980 plus required feeders
If you’re limited on space, integrating a batch machine into your line
might be your best option. In the line shown below, the MC1400 stencil
printer is set up as a batch machine. It doesn‘t require as much space
as an inline printer, and the rest of the line is still automated. This line
places parts at 5,000 parts per hour.
After accounting for the space needed around the machines, this line fits in an area at least 21.5’ x 13.3’.
Small Room Production
$74,465 plus required feeders
Even MORE limited on space? Don’t feel discouraged. We can recommend the best manual
equipment for your production needs that still fits within your space restrictions.
Unlike automated assembly, manual machines don’t require additional space around the
machines. This fully-manual assembly line places 3,000 CPH and fits in an area as small as 9’ x 9’.
