Advanced Ultrasonic Cleaning Technology

The StencilWasher LDO utilizes precisely controlled sound waves to remove un-reflowed solder paste from stencils, screens and misprints. At 40 kHz, the ultrasonic energy is gentle enough not to damage delicate parts yet is highly effective in the removal of dried pastes on fine-pitch stencils. The built-in ultrasonic "sweep" generator oscillates the cleaning frequency between 37 kHz and 43 kHz, preventing damage to wire bonds and other delicate devices.

Complete Wash, Rinse and Dry Functions

Equipped with a programmable digital wash cycle timer and a wash solution heating system with a temperature controller, the StencilWasher LDO ensures precise and consistent cleaning. A closed loop wash solution and filtered rinse water low discharge system, all housed in stainless steel, enhance durability and performance. Additional features include a hand-held rinse wand and hand-held airknife for targeted cleaning and drying.

The StencilWasher LDO fully immerses and cleans stencils, screens, and misprinted PCBs up to 29" x 29" (736 x 736 mm).
