Manncorp's Wave Soldering Loader is a fully adjustable, chain-type, inlet conveyor, designed for feeding PCBs up to 350 mm (13.78") wide (wider widths available) directly into virtually any wave soldering system with a pin- or finger-type angled conveyor.
Travel speed of the combination steel/nylon transport chain is dial-adjustable from 0.5 - 8m/min (approx. 1.5 - 26.2 ft/min) and conveyor incline angle is adjustable through a range of 30 degrees for easy setup and alignment. Conveyor height is also adjustable.
Heavy-duty aluminum construction for stability and durability.
