Designed for PCB assemblers who use a wide variety of PCB magazines, Manncorp's easily adjustable BL-460W-UT loader is used to load PCBs onto production lines. Full magazines are loaded onto the upper platform and automatically transferred to the indexing elevator which has selectable pitch settings of 10, 20, 30, and 40 mm. Empty magazines are transferred to the lower platform.
The Adjustable PCB Magazine Loader handles any magazine to 355 mm x 320 mm x 563 mm (13.98" x 12.60" x 22.17"), equivalent to the size of a CAB 601 and 701 or Nikko NKAJ 0525 Series magazine, through 535 mm x 530 mm x 570 mm (21.06" x 20.87" x 22.44"), the size of a CAB 707 or Nikko NKAJ 0546 Series magazine. Accordingly, the BL-460W-UT Adjustable PCB Magazine Loader can accommodate PCBs to 50-530 mm (1.97-20.87") long by 50-460 mm (1.97-18.11") wide.
