The StencilWasher ZDO delivers precise, consistent cleaning through its integrated wash, rinse, and dry functions. The system features a programmable digital timer and sophisticated temperature-controlled heating system for optimal wash solution performance. For enhanced precision, the system includes a hand-held rinse wand and air knife, enabling targeted cleaning and drying of specific areas. These versatile tools complement the automated process, ensuring complete cleaning flexibility.

Advanced Ultrasonic Cleaning Technology

The StencilWasher ZDO utilizes precisely controlled sound waves to remove un-reflowed solder paste from stencils, screens and misprints. At 40 kHz, the ultrasonic energy is gentle enough not to damage delicate parts yet is highly effective in the removal of dried pastes on fine-pitch stencils. The built-in ultrasonic "sweep" generator oscillates the cleaning frequency between 37 kHz and 43 kHz, preventing damage to wire bonds and other delicate devices.

The StencilWasher ZDO fully immerses and cleans stencils, screens and misprinted PCBs up to 29" x 29" (736 x 736 mm).
